Deployments, separation, frequent relocation, bereavement, injury and the pressures associated with service can affect the wellbeing of personnel and their families. DFWI is being developed as a trusted support system where individuals and families can obtain information, counselling, peer support, referral services and practical wellness assistance without stigma. The Initiative is owned and led by DEPOWA.
