DFWI is committed to the safety, dignity and wellbeing of everyone who uses its services, especially children and adults who may be at risk.
## Our commitments
- We treat every person with respect and without discrimination.
- We keep safeguarding and clinical assessments out of ordinary website forms and handle them through approved secure channels.
- We do not publish names, conditions, counselling histories or identifiable details of anyone we support without explicit written consent.
## Raising a concern
If you are worried about the immediate safety of a child or an adult at risk, contact local emergency services or your command straight away. The formal DFWI reporting route and responsible officer are being finalised and will be published here.
