Who can use DFWI support
DFWI is being developed for serving and retired military and police personnel, their spouses, children, widows and other eligible family members. Details of who may use each service, and whether an appointment or identification is needed, will be published here once confirmed.
Your privacy
We ask only for the information needed to respond to you. What you share with DFWI support services is treated confidentially and seen only by authorised people involved in supporting you. Confidentiality has lawful limits, for example where there is a serious risk of harm to you or to someone else. The full confidentiality statement, including exactly who may access information and how it is protected, will be published here once approved.
Referral to specialist care
Some people may be referred to qualified medical, psychological, safeguarding or social-support providers where specialised care is needed.
